Orders accepted by the company are subject to the terms and conditions below. 

Orders accepted by the company are subject to availability of stock. Acceptance of an order and therefore the existence of a contract of sale will only come into effect at the time when the company undertakes a delivery of stock to the customer.

The company may at anytime refuse or cancel the delivery of an order or balance of an order without notice.

When ordering products via the internet, customers are entering into a legally binding contract.

If an order is accepted you will be sent an email confirming this.

You undertake that all details you provide for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own, and that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction for the products you are purchasing.

If for any reason your credit card details are incorrect or there are not sufficient funds in your account, then the order cannot be processed and we have the right to cancel your order.

If there are any changes to the details that you provide, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.  We cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery due to incorrect details.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

1. Delivery

    1. We deliver within the UK, USA and parts of Europe.  Please check our delivery timescales below for a list of European countries that we deliver to.  Delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply.  If so, the shipping company will inform you of the costs.
    2.  Please note that customers ordering from Jersey will incur a goods and services customs tax when purchasing an order totally over £400 (including postage and packaging). It is not our responsibility to contact you about the costs or pay the costs. The shipping company will contact customers with any details. 

Please also note that in Europe, Switzerland and Portugal incur extra delivery costs, these are included in the cost during the order process.

    1. Items are dispatched by Royal Mail, Interlink or USPS. Please note that some items will require a signature on delivery.
    2. If your parcel does not arrive within the time limit provided, please try using any tracking details to locate your parcel with the shippers.  If you still need help, please contact us and we will do our best to get your parcel to you as soon as possible.
    3.  Please note that during exceptionally busy periods of the year, eg valentines, Christmas, there may be a delay in the dispatch of orders, so please check the site for and updates and be sure to order with enough time to spare, so that in the unlikely event of delay you will still have your order before you need it.
    4.  The company accepts no responsibility for non-delivery or late-delivery.
    5.  All delivery dates quoted are approximate and are subject to amendment without notice. 
    6. The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage or expense whatsoever or howsoever arising from delay or failure to deliver.
    7. The normal methods of delivery are post and carriers.  The company reserves the right to amend these charges without notice at any time.

UK DELIVERY

  1. Standard delivery – 1-2 working days – £ 5.95

CLOTHING, TOYS AND GAMES, NOT INCLUDING POLE DANCING KITS

  1. Standard Royal Mail delivery - 2-5 working days - £ 3.95
  2. Next Day, Royal Mail delivery – next day – £ 5.95

Customers based in Jersey may be charged tax from Jersey Customs when their order is delivered. We are not responsible for these costs, and customers will be informed by the delivery company of any costs.

Delivery is based per order, not per item.  Customers will be charged the corresponding delivery charge for biggest item, all other items in basket are delivered free of charge.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY

POLE DANCING KITS

  1. Special European Pole Delivery, 2-5 working days – 24 euro

CLOTHING, TOYS AND GAMES, NOT INCLUDING POLE DANCING KITS
1. Royal Mail standard European delivery 2-5 days – 5.95 Euro

European customers will be charged delivery per pole when ordering pole dancing kits.  All other items are charged at one delivery rate.

Any customers wishing to order more than two of any item, please contact our wholesale department via helpdesk@electrapole.com for alternative wholesale delivery charges.

Please note that some countries incur their own costs for delivery due to customs clearance:

  1. Switzerland – 48 Euro
  2. Portugal – 27 Euro

USA & CANADA DELIVERY

POLE DANCING KITS
Standard flat rate delivery, 2-9 working days  - $20

CLOTHING, TOYS AND GAMES, NOT INCLUDING POLE DANCING KITS
Standard flat rate deliver 2-9 working days  $6.95

DELIVERY TO CANADA
Same standard delivery costs as USA, but Canadian customers will also be charged customs clearance costs at an extra $20. Delivery time 1-2 WEEKS

2 RETURNS

    1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you will need to return the item(s) to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt.
    2. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge), or replacement on receipt.
    3. Some products are non-returnable, which will be marked next to them.
    4. POLE RETURNS – please note that you may be asked to provide photographic evidence of reported faults, or to send the pole back to us for investigation.  Please be aware that we will not refund the cost of returning the pole to us unless with consent from a Director.
    5. IMPORTANT – CLOTHING RETURNS: Please note, when trying on clothes please watch for perfume or make up as these leave a mark.  We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. We will also not be able to facilitate the return and refund of any item that has had its labels removed or endured obvious wear.
    6. We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.
    7.  It is the customer’s responsibility to examine the consignments of good upon arrival for correct quality, description , shortages plus any transit damage. 
    8. The company will not accept packing and carriage charges for customer returns
    9. Refunds will be made on receipt of the goods.

* The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.  For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
* The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility
* We will only refund delivery costs if the return is as a result of our error

RETURNS FROM RETAIL CUSTOMERS
Please note, our policy with returns for products bought from retailers is that you must first contact the retailer to resolve the problem.
If after returning to the retailer, you cannot reach a full resolution, then email us giving us details of when and where you bought your product and what needs to be resolved.  We will then investigate into your query and issue replacements where necessary. We will not be able to provide a refund in these instances, as only the retailer where you bought your product can supply this.

3. PRICING

    1. Please note that as we're based in the UK, our site shows all prices inclusive of VAT.  If you are making a purchase from outside of the EU and need to talk to us about removing VAT, please contact the at helpdesk@electrapole.com .
    2. We take great pride in offering a fast, efficient, friendly and secure shopping experience, with great products at fair prices.
    3. We always try to make sure that the prices on our site are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your Order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full

4. PAYMENTS
